As an Accounting Clerk your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform invoice processing tasks, including reviewing, verifying, and entering data into financial systems.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain and update financial records.
• Track and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with budgets and company policies.
• Assist in the purchasing of medical supplies, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to address any payment or supply-related issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audits and reporting purposes.

Requirements
The ideal Accounting Clerk candidate will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to process invoices and maintain detailed financial records.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for working with vendors and team members.
• Knowledge of medical supply purchasing is a plus.
