Description

Well established and respected regional law firm is seeking a personal injury defense litigation attorney with 4+ years to work remote for Miami team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a variety of challenging cases in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and substantial experience in personal injury defense litigation. Position is 100% remote from within the state of Florida plus a competitive compensation and benefits package and billable hours of 1750.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury defense litigation cases, including depositions, hearings, and motion practice.

• Provide thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs and memoranda.

• Collaborate with a team to develop effective litigation strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations with integrity and competence.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florida laws and regulations relevant to commercial litigation.

• Work on a diverse range of cases, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

• Membership in the Florida State Bar is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation is essential.

• Proven ability to conduct depositions, hearings, and other litigation-related activities.

• Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Florida laws and regulations governing commercial litigation.

• Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated job stability and commitment to continuous growth.
