    The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations by assisting in all personnel-related activities and supporting in leave administration and medical insurance management. The role ensures accurate HR records, compliance with company policies, and smooth employee HR services.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    + Support all personnel and HR operational activities.

    + Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR records.

    + Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR documentation with labor laws and company policies.

    + Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.

    + Prepare HR letters, certificates, warnings, and internal communications.

    + Support HR audits and internal reviews when required.

    + Administer and track employee leave balances across all leave types.

    + Process and validate leave requests through HR systems or manual records.

    + Ensure consistent application of leave policies.

    + Prepare periodic leave and attendance reports for management and payroll.

    + Act as the focal point for employee medical insurance inquiries.

    + Manage medical insurance enrollments, updates, and dependents’ data.

    + Coordinate with insurance providers/TPA for claims follow-up and issue resolution.

    + Support medical insurance renewals and maintain accurate benefits records.

    + Respond to employee HR queries while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy

     

    Desired Qualifications & Experience

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role (preferred).

    + Experience in leave administration and medical insurance handling is a strong advantage.

    + Knowledge of local labor law and HR practices.

     

    Skills & Competencies Required

     

    + Strong organizational and documentation skills.

    + High attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    + Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems (HRIS).

    + Ability to work collaboratively with different HR functions.
