Seeking an experienced professional to provide system management for all operational systems integrated into the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC). The DMOC systems manager (DSM) will administer management of DMOC’s operational system. The DSM should be an operationally experienced SME with extensive knowledge of the DOD operations, processes, and systems. The DSM will coordinate with the 705 CTS/DO, 705 CTS/TA and 705 CTS/CE for the setup and successful operation of all systems integrated into the DMOC. The DSM works with all DMOC divisions, teams, contractors, and other entities and agencies as required.
Responsibilities
+ Managing and coordinating C2TSC operational system requirements/updates (to include software version/security patch information) by providing information/inputs to the 705 CTS system/software portfolio management quads charts (or equivalent capability).
+ Liaising with the 705 CTS/DO, 705 CTS/TA, 705 CTS/CE, 705 CTS/DOR, IDE/CE, and IDE/CM to identify, validate, and prioritize requirements.
+ Managing the installation, configuration, integration, and operation of DMOC operational systems in a manner that meets operational needs and conforms to the 705 CTS SEP.
+ Developing the DMOC floor plan in coordination with the 705 CTS/DO, 705 CTS/TA, 705 CTS/CE, 705 CTS/DOR, and IDE contractor for 705 CTS/CC approval.
+ Providing support to DMOC configuration management and cybersecurity team. Support includes the following:
+ Providing inputs, information, and assistance to 705 CTS/DOR for all operational systems in the 705 CTS.
+ Provide operational system information to the 705 CTS/TA, 705 CTS/CE, IDE/CE, IDE/CM, and the SS/ISSM in maintaining the site-specific engineering plan and software/hardware asset list to reflect the site operational baseline.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
+ SECRET Clearance required.
+ Experience in DoD Modeling and Simulations.
