    DESCRIPTION

    The Senior Client Solutions Manager is responsible for leading strategic client engagements and managing complex, high volume initiatives for retail and manufacturer partners within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of client programs, including project scoping, financial management, execution oversight, performance measurement, and post program analysis.

     

    This position serves as a senior client facing leader, ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and high quality execution while identifying opportunities to expand services, improve performance, and drive revenue growth. The Senior Client Solutions Manager collaborates closely with internal Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Field teams and may provide leadership to other client services professionals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Relationship & Program Leadership

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long term relationships.

    + Lead client discussions to define project scope, objectives, timelines, service expectations, and success metrics.

    + Manage client expectations throughout program execution, effectively addressing changes, risks, and escalations.

    + Present program results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

    Project & Execution Management

    + Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of client programs from initiation through completion.

    + Translate client requirements into clear, actionable guidance for retail execution and field teams.

    + Refine project frameworks, processes, and supporting documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency.

    + Monitor field execution feedback and operational performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

    Financial Management

    + Develop, manage, and maintain program budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with client agreements and internal targets.

    + Monitor financial performance, including spend pacing, forecast accuracy, scope changes, and variance analysis.

    + Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Operations teams to support cost control, margin optimization, and financial reporting.

    + Ensure accurate and timely billing and financial reconciliation for all client programs.

    Data, Reporting & Insights

    + Leverage reporting tools and analytics platforms to measure execution quality, performance against objectives, and return on investment.

    + Collaborate with analytics partners to gather, analyze, and interpret program data.

    + Translate data into clear, actionable insights for both internal and client facing audiences.

    + Develop comprehensive post program recaps and documentation to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

    Growth & Continuous Improvement

    + Identify opportunities for revenue growth, program expansion, or execution optimization based on performance and financial analysis.

    + Support the development and enhancement of internal systems, tools, and processes to improve scalability and effectiveness.

    + Lead or contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    + Provide guidance, direction, and support to Client Solutions Managers, Coordinators, or support staff, as applicable.

    + Foster strong collaboration across Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Field teams.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Minimum of **3+ years of experience** supporting CPG manufacturer or retailer initiatives

    + Strong knowledge of retail execution models, store level operations, and retail service organizations

    + Proven ability to manage complex, multistakeholder client programs

    + Demonstrated experience with budget ownership, financial forecasting, and performance management

    + Experience in client management, negotiation, and consultative problem solving

    + Prior experience leading or mentoring team members preferred

    + Background working with retailers, brokers, agencies, or consumer packaged goods companies
