Job Description Summary
The Reliability Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain equipment maintenance strategies to optimize a safe & compliant operation alongside other maintenance leaders, supervisors, and hourly technicians. Acting as a leader for our Enterprise Asset Management system (Maximo), you will be supporting our facilities, utilities, and operations maintenance teams.

Role and Responsibilities
+ Establish standards and act as a point of contact for our Enterprise Asset Management software (Maximo)
+ Assess/identify opportunities to improve the equipment reliability, recommend solutions, and manage implementation. These opportunities will be a combination of, but not limited to, equipment installation, equipment set-up instructions, operation/utilization of the equipment, maintenance procedures, maintenance servicing issues, spare parts, reducing MTTR, etc.
+ Develop and track key maintenance metrics and reporting
+ Review manufacturing manuals, technical drawings, and documents, and work closely with shop floor technicians and engineers to develop detailed job plans for equipment maintenance
+ Create and manage assets, ensuring accurate records and effective asset utilization
+ Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing tasks based on customer and maintenance supervisor inputs
+ Continuously improve job plans, preventive maintenance (PM) processes, and overall maintenance planning and scheduling strategies
+ Provide coaching and training to the maintenance team on system functionality and execution to enhance performance and efficiency
+ Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, ensuring accessibility and support for all employees
+ Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork across all levels of the organization
+ Communicate organizational achievements, team successes, and challenges to leadership
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
Minimum Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, engineering or operations)
+ 3 years of maintenance, manufacturing, operations, engineering or operations
Desired Characteristics and Experiences
+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Experience working in a unionized work environment
+ Experience working with Maximo or other EAM software
+ Experience with Microsoft Office suite
+ Strong conflict management skills
+ Ability to manage conflicting priorities
