Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated **Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing healthcare team at our brand new Bellingham clinic** . As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches.
+ Assist the Physical Therapist in gathering patient information and carrying out components of the established plan of care
+ Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions and manual techniques as directed by the Physical Therapist
+ Lead patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and functional movement activities
+ Record patient responses, progress, and observations in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
+ Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and other healthcare team members to support coordinated care
+ Reinforce patient and family education regarding rehabilitation goals, safety, and home exercise programs
+ Monitor patient performance and report changes to the Physical Therapist to support plan‑of‑care adjustments
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive treatment environment
+ Operate therapeutic equipment and apply modalities within the PTA scope of practice
+ Contribute to team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary discussions as appropriate
Qualifications
+ Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in WA
+ Passion for sports, rehab, and active lifestyles
+ Strong communicator and team player
+ Open to new grads and experienced PTA's

The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$30.00 - $35. 00 per hour** . Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
