    Program Summary: Catholic Charities Affordable Housing works to develop and preserve affordable housing for low-income seniors, families and individuals with disabilities.

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Property Manager** to lead the operational and compliance management of multiple affordable housing properties. This role is critical in ensuring that our communities remain welcoming and compliant with regulatory requirements. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance under Rural Development (RD), HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of affordable housing regulations, and a commitment to serving vulnerable populations with dignity and respect. This position requires balancing administrative requirements with compassionate resident engagement, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported. You will work closely with our maintenance team, leasing specialist and finance team to maintain housing access for our neighbors in Central Minnesota.

    Job Qualifications

    **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a related field

     

    Job Related Experience: 5** years related experience, including at least 3 years working with MN Landlord/Tenant law ***or equivalent combination of education and experience

     

    **Additional Qualifications:** Ability to pass Kari Koskinen background check; valid drivers license
