**Location:** Onsite - Brownwood, TX

**Competitive Compensation:** Starting at $19.29 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.

**Shift Needed:** 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

We are looking for** **a Material** **Preparation** **Operator in** **our** **Plasti** **cs** **Department** **. This position will be based at our** **Brownwood** **,** **TX** **location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

+ Mix various raw materials from resin mixes according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions.

+ Selects, cuts, and organizes acrylic sheet stock utilizing daily production schedule and according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions.

+ Operates PIV according to specific guidelines.

+ Distributes raw materials, supplies, or component parts to appropriate production areas. Assemble kits for production floor.

+ Maintains work area in a safe, clean and organized condition.

+ Maintains accurate accountability of raw materials and production supplies.

+ Operates powered hand tools and specialized manufacturing equipment safely and according to standard operating instructions.

+ Performs all duties as assigned by supervision.

Key** **Qualifications

+ Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.

+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferr** **ed Qualifications

+ Must be able to read, interpret and apply specific work instructions to a high degree of accuracy and completeness.

+ Must possess good attention to detail and judgment when making operational decisions.

+ Effective at time management and prioritizing work requirements.

+ Coordinates individual activities with production needs according to a predetermined schedule and event timing.

+ Must be able to safely operate PIV.Must obtain driver’s license through driver training as required.

+ Must be able to work independently.

+ Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
