Primaryobjective: Coordinate, receive, and account for raw material deliveries at the Dickson plant facility.

Major Functions and Scope:

Receive and sign bill of lading documentsofmaterial shipments of raw materials including quartz, chemicals and consumable itemsutilizedin the manufacturing process.

Coordinate and work with the Raw Materials Supervisor forscheduling ofraw material deliveries to the facility.

Operate forklifts to unload materials and packages from incoming trucks. Inspect shipments to verify quantity and ensure contents are undamaged upon receipt.

Work with Quality Control to ensure materials are in conformance with purchasing specifications.

Label,transportand store raw materials to their designated storage locations upon receipt.

Notify Raw Materials Supervisor of any materials received damaged,shortor out of specification.

Deliver consumable items used in production their designated locations on the production line.

Utilize computer to receive items into inventory.

Maintainaccuraterecords andassistin inventory.

Complete other tasks as needed.

Required education and knowledge: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires knowledge of safetypolicyand procedures. Ability to read/write English. Basic math skills. Basic computer literacy.

Required experience: Experiencein receivinglarge quantitiesof materials and/or shipments. 1+ years of forklift experience.

Competencies:

Strong written, oral and communications skills

Excellent computer skills in word processing,spreadsheetsand manufacturing databases.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to seek resources and make decisions in afast pacedenvironment, meet tight deadlines, work with minimaldirectionand handle conflict in a positive manner. Excellent organizational skills.

Keen eye for attention to detail.

Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, interpersonal and time management skills.

Self-motivated and task oriented.

Ability to wear PPE andmaintaincompany safety policies.

Willingness to work as a member of a team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am 2:30pm
