The **Trust & Custody Operations (TCO)** department is responsible for supporting the Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody lines of business. The TCO department is made up of several teams who perform back-office functions to support our large institutional client base. Assignments range from data entry, processing checks, ACH, wire payments, increasing/decreasing client holdings and positions, analyzing data for regulatory reporting, client invoicing, and more.

As the **Institutional Custody Intern** , you will handle processing wire payments for scheduled principal and interest payments, making payment adjustments, performing transfer of ownership of securities, setting up new accounts, processing wire instruction changes, processing address changes, and much more.

How you will spend your time:

+ Act as primary or secondary contact for assigned Custody clients to ensure the delivery of the highest possible level of customer service.

+ Oversee all activity pertinent to client account

+ Facilitate trade activity (global and domestic) and monitor settlement

+ Coordinate with internal operations, clients, and external vendors to meet client expectations

+ Initiate and authorize domestic and foreign money movements

+ Provide reporting as requested

+ Facilitate problem resolution, tracking issues through to completion

+ Follow company/department policies and procedures to mitigate risk

+ Support documentation and audit requests.

+ Cooperating with the direct manager which includes taking responsibility of personal development, self-evaluation, participating in meetings etc.

Compensation Range:

$25,640.00 - $49,440.00
