SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level strategic initiatives that support long-term growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. This role partners closely with the executive leadership team to define corporate priorities, evaluate new business opportunities, oversee strategic planning cycles, and ensure alignment across all business units. The SVP of Corporate Strategy will provide thought leadership, oversee strategic projects, and guide data-driven decision making to position PrimeFlight for sustained success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead the development, communication, and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan
+ Partner with the executive team to define corporate priorities, performance goals, and organizational direction
+ Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and industry forecasting to inform strategic decisions
+ Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives
+ Oversee enterprise-wide strategic projects and ensure cross-functional alignment with corporate objectives
+ Develop frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to track progress on strategic initiatives
+ Lead the annual strategic planning cycle, ensuring integration with financial planning and operational forecasting
+ Provide executive-level recommendations to support decision making, resource allocation, and organizational design
+ Support the CEO, CFO, and SVP leadership team with strategic insights, presentations, and board-level materials
+ Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and other departments to ensure strategies are actionable and scalable
+ Identify internal performance gaps and partner with leaders to implement solutions
+ Establish governance models and project management structures for major initiatives
+ Represent the organization in strategic discussions with partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
+ Mentor and develop future leaders by fostering a culture of analytical rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement
+ Perform any additional duties as assigned by executive leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
+ 18 years of age or older
+ Eligible to work in the United States
+ Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
+ 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, management consulting, or executive leadership
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Proven experience leading enterprise-level strategy development and cross-functional initiatives
+ Strong financial acumen and experience collaborating with Finance on forecasting, modeling, or business case development
+ Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready recommendations
+ Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
+ Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite and board
+ Experience in aviation, transportation, logistics, or a related industry preferred but not required
+ Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment
+ Pass a background check and drug screen
+ Must be flexible to work extended hours as needed for strategic priorities
