Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a talented Partnerships & Events Lead to join their Global Talent Acquisition team. As a Partnerships & Events Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building internal and external coalitions, leading strategic programs, and managing a complex ecosystem of partner vendors to support the company's diversity and talent acquisition objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
**Job Title:** Partnerships & Events Lead
**Location:** Columbus, IN (Onsite)
Pay: $40 hourly
What's the Job?
+ Lead cross-functional projects to drive organizational change and ensure alignment with strategic diversity and talent acquisition goals.
+ Identify, measure, and manage sourcing vendors, utilizing SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, and dashboards to support attracting diverse talent from external markets.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing ecosystem health and effectiveness.
+ Analyze talent gaps, evaluate sourcing partnerships, and implement best-in-class sourcing strategies across regions and countries.
+ Track partnership metrics, deliver actionable insights, and continuously improve sourcing strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic supplier relationship management, preferably managing diversity sourcing suppliers.
+ Proven ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and build coalitions in ambiguous environments.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize sourcing outcomes.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster partnerships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated global and inclusive mindset, valuing diverse perspectives and applying a broad lens to solutions.
