Our client, a leading organization in the technology and client support sector, is seeking a DRO Technical Support Representative to join their team. As a DRO Technical Support Representative, you will be part of the Client Services Department supporting the SaaS Service & Support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** DRO Technical Support Representative

**Location:** Remote

What's the Job?

+ Provide support and monitoring for RouteSmart’s DRO web application

+ Meet all SLAs, including uptime, fix time, and quality standards

+ Interact with tier 1 support staff and the DRO Technical Product Support Manager to resolve client issues

+ Continuously communicate with end users regarding the status of open support tickets

+ Properly document client support incidents following department policies

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Client-focused with a collaborative and adaptable attitude

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations requiring quick, reasoned responses
