Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Security Support Department supporting the Microsoft Security team, specifically Purview, with heavy customer-facing responsibilities and administrative support for CVP. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Provide calendar management support for senior management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
+ Assist with travel arrangements and expense management to ensure smooth operations.
+ Coordinate team requests and maintain team space efficiently.
+ Support administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and preparing reports.
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
What's Needed?
+ 3-4+ years of experience in complex calendar management and administrative support.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially for external customer interactions.
+ Experience with travel planning, expense reporting, and budgeting.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in office software and tools required for administrative functions.
