    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 1st & 2nd Shift Mid Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Mid Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting operational excellence and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 1st & 2nd Shift Mid Machine Operator

    **Location:** Mequon, WI

    Pay Range:

    **Shift:** 6am - 2:30 pm OR 2:30 pm - 11 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production processes

    + Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    + Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or issues

    + Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems to minimize downtime

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; training will be provided

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

    + Good communication and teamwork skills

    + Availability to work scheduled shifts on weekdays
