    Our client, a reputable organization in the industry, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong computer literacy, multitasking abilities, and a welcoming attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Receptionist

    **Location:** Spruce Pine, NC

     

    Pay Range: $13-$15

     

    Shift: 1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

    + Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel

    + Maintain a clean and organized reception area

    + Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

    + Support other office functions as needed to ensure efficient operations

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

    + Professional appearance and demeanor

    + No prior experience required; training will be provided
