The Team
We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the Business Enablement department’s Existing Product Management team. The Product Analyst supports Product Managers and the Director by analyzing performance, gathering business requirements, and ensuring that established products continue to deliver measurable value.
As part of a centralized pool, Product Analysts are assigned to support specific product lines or initiatives based on business priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that guide product improvements and decision-making.
What You Need to Succeed
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
+ Between 3–5 years of product analysis, business analysis, or related experience.
+ Strong analytical skills, with financial modeling, performance reporting, and requirements documentation experience.
+ Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
+ Infrastructure, telecommunications, or asset-intensive industries experience preferred.
+ Ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic, global environment.
+ Familiarity with Agile or hybrid product management practices preferred.
+ Fluency in English required; multilingual capabilities preferred.
+ Approximately 10% travel may be required.

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, certifications, job level, and location. For U.S.-based candidates only, the base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 annually, with eligibility for annual bonus, and annual equity award and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). For candidates outside of the U.S., salary and benefits are based upon local market practice.

What You Can Offer Us
+ Support Product Managers in the planning, analysis, and delivery of product improvements and enhancements.
+ Gather and document business requirements, process impacts, and data needs for assigned product initiatives.
+ Conduct product performance tracking, competitive benchmarking, and customer feedback analyses.
+ Prepare business cases, financial models, and return on investment assessments to support product investment decisions.
+ Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools to provide transparency on product key performance indicators and progress.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
+ Assist with maintaining product roadmaps, tracking milestones, and documenting outcomes.
+ Contribute to compliance reviews, ensuring product initiatives adhere to governance and regulatory standards.
+ Support knowledge management by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures.
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support the product management function.
