Revolutionizing the storytelling experience is just part of an Audible UX Designer’s daily to-do list. You’ll craft refined interface elements and improve usability for harmonious listening anytime, anywhere, on any platform – including iOS, Android, web, and Alexa. As a Senior UX Designer, you will...

- Take responsibility of the overall end-to-end user experience from the big picture to UI layout specifics

- Envision and bring to life intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experiences

- Build relationships which provide leadership, direction and mentorship for a team of UX Designers

- Drive the evolution of creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases and platforms

- Actively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, management, and research on complex user flows and commerce-driven projects

Basic Qualifications

- 7+ years of user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role experience

- Experience designing and delivering digital products that align customer needs and business goals; illustrated with a portfolio

- Portfolio that demonstrates delivering end-to-end experiences for digital services across multiple platforms and devices

- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output in all deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

- Able to take ambiguous design problems and work with stakeholders and user research insights to craft design solutions

- grounded in customer needs and business goals

- Able to clearly articulate the basis of design decisions to stakeholders and respond effectively to feedback

- Experience in a range of design approaches, methods, and tools that you use to plan, concept, and prototype complexprojects.

- Experience working across large teams with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience delivering designs intended for a consumer market.

- Experience designing for AI-enabled features.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
