Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation is a critical role on the Win against Waste team. This role will lead governance and manage roadmap to reduce waste across NA and will partner with cross-functional teams to drive results. This position plays a key role in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, strengthening project and portfolio management and driving change management across NA.
How you will contribute
You will:
+ Lead governance for End-to-End Program and partner with workstream leads to drive governance and execution of program roadmap for reducing finished goods waste, returns, fees & fines, manufacturing waste and liquidations within Mondelez Network
+ Ensure delivery vs AC, owning the gap analysis & actions required to change the trajectory of results
+ Partner with E2E Planning, CS&L, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams for root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, prioritization and development of pipeline
+ Lead analytics roadmap for waste and drive continuous improvement in Loss Intelligence
+ Integrate governance with other performance review processes and forums (MPR, S&OE, IBP, SLT, etc) and ensure issues are escalated in a timely manner within the IBP Process and resolutions acted upon
+ Build ways of working with Manufacturing, CS&L, commercial, engineering and R&D to enable a Zero Waste culture and mindset
+ Develop and implement change management and engagement roadmap across the organization
+ Manage direct reports and build capabilities to enable the long term vision
+ Inspire, motivate and engage team members and stakeholders; support diversity and inclusion through team leadership.
+ Ensures strong collaboration and best practice sharing across the MSC network
+ Influence a culture of process discipline, continuous learning, and innovation through best practice sharing and reinforcement of Mondelez standards.

+ Strong project and portfolio management experience, with a deep understanding of governance structures, stage-gate processes, risk management, and cross-functional project execution.
+ Leading process improvements and governance initiatives that drive speed, visibility, and discipline across complex organizations.
+ Building strong relationships and influencing across functions and levels, including senior stakeholders and global teams.
+ Driving system and process adoption across multiple functions through training, consistent stakeholders’ engagement and change management.
+ Managing performance through data – including defining KPIs, building dashboards, and generating actionable insights.
+ Coaching and leading teams, with a focus on building capabilities, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement.
+ Operating effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment, with strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Comfortable influencing without authority.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor`s degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Business, Food Science)
Job specific requirements:
+ 8+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, commercialization, operations, or related roles.
+ 3+ years’ experience managing direct reports.
+ Experience in project portfolio governance or I2M framework implementation.
+ People management experience preferred.
+ CPG experience is a plus.
+ PMP certification is a plus.

This is a remote role based in the United States
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
