Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a 3-machine cell, which includes a CNC lathe, mill, and robot. The role requires the ability to make adjustments to tooling, edit programs, and perform quality checks.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC lathe, mill, and robot within a 3-machine cell.
+ Make necessary adjustments to tooling and edit programs as required.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to guide machining operations.
+ Utilize Fanuc controls and G code for machine operations.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of CNC experience on mills and lathes.
+ Proficiency with Fanuc controls.
+ Experience with G code, editing, set-ups, and offsets.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with quality checks using micrometers.
+ Previous experience in a family-owned manufacturing setting is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
