    Direct Hire Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor in Commerce City

    **Location:** Commerce City, CO

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    **Pay:** $28-$31/hour (DOE)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee daily operations at our a small distribution warehouse in Commerce City, CO. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and accurate distribution of food products to the Denver market.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy

    + Lead, support, and coach a small team of warehouse employees

    + Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy

    + Maintain inventory accuracy using an ERP system

    + Enforce safety standards and standard operating procedures

    + Implement disciplinary actions when necessary

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience

    + 5+ years of overall warehouse experience

    + Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations

    + Experience with shipping and receiving processes

    + Forklift experience is a plus

    + Clean MVR required

    The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
