Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components of industrial machinery, equipment, and building systems. You will work following electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools, computers, and electrical test equipment. Your role will support biweekly and metered preventative maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.

+ Support biweekly and metered preventative maintenance tasks.

+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting (50% of role).

+ Complete biweekly preventative maintenance tasks (20% of role).

+ Manage work orders (10% of role).

+ Other duties as needed

Essential Skills

+ Two-year degree or prior relevant experience.

+ 2+ years of experience in PLC troubleshooting.

+ 2+ years of general troubleshooting experience.

+ Ability to troubleshoot 12-600v DC and 120-480v 3 phase motors (AC).

+ Strong Microsoft skills.

+ Experience with PLC and hardware troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in vision system troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience troubleshooting Siemens PLCs and hardware.

+ Experience with vision system troubleshooting.

+ Experience with hot melt system troubleshooting.

+ Experience with date coding equipment troubleshooting.

+ Experience with hoist maintenance.
