    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious **Crusher Operator** to join our team in a quarry environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing equipment to ensure efficient production of aggregate materials while adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.

     

    SHIFT: Rotating 12 hour shifts

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and monitor crushing equipment to produce specified aggregate sizes

    + Perform routine inspections and maintenance on crushers, conveyors, and related machinery

    + Adjust machine settings to optimize production and minimize downtime

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times

    + Report equipment malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting and repairs

    + Maintain accurate production and maintenance records

    + Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals

    + Perform pre-shift of plant and conveyors

    + Performs general plant cleanup

    + Perform daily greasing of plant and conveyors

    + Maintain dust suppression system

    + And other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications:

    + Safely complete other assigned training.

    + Safely meet the supervisor’s standards of performance.

    + Safely fill in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands

    + Safely replace or assist other workers as needed.

    + Safely perform other tasks as assigned by supervision or designated lead person.

    + Valid Driver's License

    + Willing to work weekends and on call hours

    + 5+ years of mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; willing and able to work rotating shifts

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
