Entry-Level Mechanical Assembler – Start Your Manufacturing Career in Anoka, MN

Pay: $20–$22/hr | Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing used in advanced cooling systems

+ Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete mechanical builds

+ Read and interpret blueprints to construct complex assemblies and mild steel enclosures

+ Learn brazing techniques and apply them to copper piping

+ Grind, finish, and inspect completed products

+ Work independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team

What You Bring

+ Familiarity with hand and power tools

+ Ability to read and understand basic blueprints

+ Comfort standing for the duration of your shift

+ Interest in manufacturing, mechanical work, or hands‑on problem‑solving

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

+ 3+ months of assembly experience

+ Previous experience working with tools or mechanical equipment

Work Environment

You’ll work in a large, fast‑paced manufacturing facility that’s clean, organized, and highly collaborative. While it’s not temperature‑controlled and can get warm in the summer, you’ll be part of a team that supports each other and keeps production moving smoothly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
