Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Houston, Texas, this role focuses on supporting customers with company equipment, ensuring smooth onboarding and providing assistance with navigating the customer portal. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building strong customer relationships, this position offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills.
Responsibilities:
• Identify existing customers using company equipment and assist them in registering on the portal through available tools and reports.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to help them navigate the portal effectively.
• Generate leads from customer interactions and share them with the sales team for follow-up.
• Respond to requests and inquiries from internal teams to ensure customer registration is completed successfully.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage continued use of the portal.
• Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and registration progress.
• Stay updated on company tools and resources to provide customers with the most relevant information.
• Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving processes and customer experiences. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proven expertise in supporting customers via call centers, email correspondence, and multi-browser platforms.
• Strong skills in customer success and sales support.
• Ability to generate leads and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in navigating customer portals and providing technical assistance when needed.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry or Atlas Copco products is a plus. TalentMatch®
