Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in Narrows, Virginia. This role involves leading financial reporting and analytics efforts while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a global mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong foundation in financial modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting and analytics for the manufacturing facility to ensure accurate and actionable insights.

• Design and implement large-scale data models to support strategic financial decision-making.

• Develop visualization tools and enable real-time access to critical financial data.

• Collaborate on corporate projects that impact multiple regions and business lines.

• Create and standardize tools, processes, and methodologies for use across the organization.

• Provide a global perspective to enhance transactional flows and business processes.

• Drive strategic initiatives to improve financial planning and operational efficiency.

• Ensure effective data management and reporting structures to support business objectives.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis.

• Proficiency in Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning software.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.

• Familiarity with global business operations and transactional processes.

• Demonstrated ability to implement data visualization tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive organizational initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
