    Job Title: External Screening Data Support Specialist

     

    Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

     

    Compensation: $23-27/hour, DOQ

     

    Type: Contract (Full-Time, 6–12 months)

    Overview

    The External Screening Data Support Specialist supports external screening data operations and vendor coordination to ensure accurate, timely data delivery for scientific decision-making. This role plays a key part in maintaining data quality, supporting scientific teams, and enabling effective collaboration with external partners.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and update external screening data repositories and vendor-specific portals.

    + Process screening requests, validate deliverables, and perform quality control on incoming data.

    + Receive, format, and publish screening data using standardized data-loading tools and templates.

    + Distribute accurate screening data to scientific stakeholders in a timely manner.

    + Register and maintain vendor profiles and project records in designated systems.

    + Maintain and update reference and control compound lists and associated screening protocols.

    + Request registration of new reference or control compounds as needed.

    + Adhere to established data handling standards and maintain documentation to support audits and reporting.

    Qualifications Must Have

    + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    + Experience supporting scientific data workflows and data management processes.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Nice to Have

    + Laboratory experience with in vitro screening assays.
