    Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based) — Denton, TX

     

    Elementary Setting | Hybrid Schedule | Immediate Start – May 28, 2026

     

    We’re looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team in Denton, Texas. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and a manageable caseload with para support.

    Position Details

    + Dates: Now through May 28, 2026

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    + Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

    + Caseload: 15 students + Speech Para support

    + Setting: Elementary school

    Responsibilities

    + Provide direct speech therapy to students

    + Case manage speech-only students, including evaluations and progress monitoring

    + Develop and implement IEP goals and participate in meetings

    + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success

    + Maintain compliance with IDEA, district policies, and documentation timelines

    Requirements

    + Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    + Valid Texas SLP license and CCC-SLP preferred

    + Experience in school-based settings (elementary focus)

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to work in a hybrid model effectively
