    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time & Part-Time

     

    Pay: $23–$28 per hour

    About the Role:

    We are seeking dedicated and certified RBTs to join our team in providing one-on-one support to students in classroom settings. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative educational environment.

    Schedule:

    + Monday–Friday

    + Flexible openings for Full-Time and Part-Time positions

    Responsibilities:

    + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

    + Work 1:1 with students in classroom settings

    + Collect and record data on student progress

    + Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

    Requirements:

    + RBT Certification (required)

    + CPR Certification (required)

    + Ability to work Monday–Friday

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills
