    Amergis Educational Staffing is now hiring School Aides in Simi Valley, CA for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year —and we’d love to have you on our team!

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Partner with teachers to create a positive, engaging classroom environment

    + Support students with daily routines and learning activities

    + Provide one-on-one or small group assistance

    + Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for all students

    + Assist with toileting and changing as needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience working with children or in a caregiving role

    + Compassion, patience, and a team-player mindset

    + Comfort with personal care responsibilities
