The Digital Ecosystem Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives to integrate IoT, smart factory technologies, cyber security, and digital platforms across supply chain and manufacturing operations. This role combines program management expertise with technical knowledge to deliver Industry 4.0 solutions that enhance process efficiency, enable predictive analytics, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for IoT and smart manufacturing technologies across MES, ERP, and cloud platforms, aligned with GEHC strategic objectives.
Enable seamless connectivity between devices, systems, and enterprise applications for real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making.
Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution; establish governance structures, steering committees, and clear RACI.
Partner with manufacturing engineering to improve process reliability, automation, and quality through digital solutions.
Coordinate with local IT, global compute/network/cybersecurity teams, and the central Digital Ecosystem team; manage external vendors and technology partners.
Ensure compliance with GEHC quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR); maintain robust data governance and audit controls.
Define KPIs and value metrics; track adoption and impact on cycle time, yield, cost-to-serve, and user experience; run weekly and quarterly reviews.
Drive change management, communications, and training; create repeatable playbooks and standard work for scaling solutions.
Determine program budgets, forecasts, and purchase requests, report progress, and variances to leadership.
Embed Lean and Agile practices; conduct retrospectives and codify lessons learned into standards and templates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or program management.
Strong understanding of IoT, smart factory technologies, and industrial automation.
Familiarity with ERP, MES, and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is a plus.
Other Requirements
Not a remote or hybrid position.
Travel: Less than 15% of time.
