+ **Time commitment:** Students are expected to work between 10-20 hours/week (0.25-0.5 full-time equivalent [FTE ]) in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. TheMWC guarantees 10 hours of paid worktime per week during the semester (9 hours of shifts plus 1 hour of professional development); additional work hours may be available depending on staffing.

+ **Compensation:** Undergraduate peer consultants will receive an hourly wage of **$15.00/hour** with $0.25/hour increases in subsequent years. Graduate peer consultants will earn **$17.00/hour** . This position is not eligible for tuition remission or any other benefits.
