    Job Description :

    GENERAL OVERVIEW

    Performs all aspects of plumbing installation and fire suppression systems and components, repairs and preventative maintenance.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Performs preventive maintenance on plumbing systems. 25%

    + Repairs plumbing systems. 25%

    + Responds to all emergency and normal calls as required. 25%

    + Installs pipe and plumbing devices according to building codes. 25%

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum

    + Minimum 5 year trade/technical school, certified program.

    + Allegheny County Plumber's License required.

    + Minimum 2 years experience as a registered plumber working with commercial or institutional plumbing

    + systems.
