    About the Role:

    PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced **FAA Flight Readiness Technician C** to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role involves performing verification and inspection of flight component installation, operational functional testing of aircraft systems, and supporting pre-flight and post-flight checks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Inspect and verify troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems.

    + Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks and inspections prior to delivery.

    + Document identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable products.

    + Verify accuracy of work performed and create non-conformance records.

    + Support system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Ability to work any shift (days, nights, weekends).

    + 3+ years in aerospace industry.

    + 3+ years in quality inspection/auditing.

    + Experience with Velocity and 787 production applications.

    + Strong team collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + FAA Airframe & Power Plant license.

    + 3+ years of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk experience.

    + 3+ years of 787 Program experience.

    + Proficiency in REDARS, PSDS, BAC specifications, and NCR/EPD generation.

    + Microsoft Office proficiency.

    + Flight line operations experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 35 lbs.

    + Frequent standing, walking, overhead reaching, and exposure to noise.

    Education/Experience:

    High School diploma/GED and 4+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
