Job Description
One of our top oil and gas clients is looking for an onsite Desktop Support Specialist. Tto own endpoint lifecycle and end-user support across a ~200–300 device environment. You’ll be the go-to resource for SCCM software packaging and patching, Microsoft 365 application support, imaging and deployment on Dell hardware, and frontline ticket resolution with excellent customer service. If you enjoy balancing project work with daily support and improving device reliability and security, this role is for you.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years in desktop/end-user support for Windows 10/11 in a corporate environment (200+ devices).
- Hands-on experience with SCCM/ConfigMgr: application packaging, software updates, task sequences, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps troubleshooting (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint) and Exchange Online basics.
