Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to help support a federal agency. The Analyst is primarily tasked with focused on business requirement gathering & development. This postion does not focus on technical system requirements—it is centered on stakeholder engagement and translating evolving needs into clear business requirements for OIT.

Skills and Requirements

• An CBP BI/Public Trust

• MUST have a bachelor’s degree

• 3-7 for mid-level or 8-10 YOE for mid-level

• Experience with:

o Business/operational requirements gathering

• Extremely organized & comfortable working in a consulting capacity • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to capture needs, pain points, and priorities

• Maintain and continuously update operational requirements (ongoing change expected)

• Translate operational requirements into business functional requirements

• Produce clear requirements documentation and traceability/mapping

• Hand off business requirements to OIT technical team for technical functional requirements

• Engage with user community to validate and refine operational requirements.

• Gather and consolidate release schedules required for product roadmap.
