    Job Description

    We are looking for 2 Global Supply Chain Group Leads for 1st shift (6 AM- 4 PM) and 3rd shift (8 PM-6 AM AM) working 10-11 hour shifts to oversee hourly IUE Union employees, including a team of 4-8 team members and one team leader within a warehouse environment. The position requires strong leadership to ensure inventory is moved efficiently and processes are followed with a focus on repeatable standard work. The supervisor will manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring materials are handled properly. Daily responsibilities include shipping component parts to customers and the plant, receiving shipments from both the plant and outside suppliers, and managing the day-to-day activities of the team ensuring timely execution of shipping schedules and material flow. The warehouse handles significant volume, including 10–12 trailers per night for engines and shipping out four truckloads nightly to the plant.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment specific to supply chain/warehouse inventory

     

    Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage

     

    Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency

     

    Comfortable with 1st shift (6 AM-4 PM) 3rd shift 8PM -6 AM (10-hour shifts) Monday-Friday, and 2-3 Saturdays per month
