Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Controls Systems Technician an accredited University in the Jacksonville area. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include installing, repairing, and maintaining computer-based control systems for building management across campus. You’ll monitor system performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation. Additionally, conducting regular system diagnostics will help prevent downtime. Collaboration with the Physical Facilities department will be essential to enhance building efficiency and safety. We are targeting a pay rate of $18-22/hr.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in controls systems.

- Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.

- Experience with Billing Automation Systems

- Prior experience working in an industrial or plant environment. Troubleshooting experience & being comfortable with low and high voltage.
