Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an eCommerce Investigations Analyst to sit remotely. You will monitor eCommerce traffic using fraud detection tools such as Signifyd and the order management system IBM Sterling. You’ll identify fraud patterns and manage false positives by applying white-listing where appropriate. Additionally, you will respond to customer service requests related to online order declines and investigate potential fraudulent returns for eCommerce purchases.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce fraud prevention.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent investigative skills with the ability to dig into details and make informed decisions. Experience in brick-and-mortar loss prevention and general store operations.
Familiarity with Brio software.
Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
