    Job Description

    An IT Consulting Firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a client site in Longmont, Colorado. This PM will lead end-to-end delivery of low-voltage and physical security projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has both a Project Management background + Field Supervision for Cabling and Security projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and network infrastructure installations.

     

    Coordinate site activities with contractors, IT teams, facilities, and subcontractors.

     

    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.

     

    Conduct site visits for progress, quality, and safety compliance.

     

    Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy.

     

    Oversee procurement, material tracking, and subcontractor management.

     

    Document project status, change orders, and risk mitigation.

     

    Ensure system commissioning, client acceptance, and close-out documentation.

     

    Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder engagement.

     

    This is a direct hire role and requires onsite ability on a client as needed basis. This is offering a salary of 80-120k + Company Benefits

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3–5 years in cabling and physical security project management (public sector preferred).

     

    - Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and security systems.

     

    - Knowledge of structured cabling standards and security integration; familiarity with platforms like Verkada.

     

    - Ability to manage multiple sites and lead teams.

     

    - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce). - PMP or Agile Certification
