Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support our client, Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan.

Schedule Requirements:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (meetings typically at 9:00 AM or 12:00 PM)

Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate school and community meetings to register new members.

Execute membership recruitment strategies provided by the Recruitment Manager.

Prepare weekly status reports for meetings with the Recruitment Manager to track progress.

Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and guidelines established by the Recruitment Manager.
