    Skills and Requirements

    • ~9–10+ years of professional mobile development experience (senior level)

    • Hands-on Flutter experience plus depth in at least one native platform (Android and iOS)

    • Proficiency in React Native, Flutter, iOS, and Android development

    • Strong grasp of architecture/design patterns (e.g., MVVM) and clean, testable code

    • Proven Agile delivery experience with ticketing workflows and PR reviews

    • Demonstrated ability to build complex, interactive UI and optimize performance
