Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager for a leading client in the AI space. Our client is revolutionizing clinical trials through the integration of digital technologies and an AI-first approach. Hybrid in Bangalore, this Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading teams though cross functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies. A primary support this Technical Program Manager will provide is release management across multiple teams. As well as running and mentoring Scrum ceremonies.

Day to Day:

• Lead and support cross-functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking.

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile techniques, while tracking progress against key milestones.

• Participate in release management processes, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases.

• Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks, using risk management techniques, and proactively addressing issues as needed to ensure successful project execution.

• Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting process optimization and efficiency gains, and assisting in leveraging AI for automation and collaboration.

• Support in understanding the product development lifecycle and help in establishing best practices for the product team.

• Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring products meet defined standards and specifications.

• Support in implementing and managing the OKR process across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Pay ranges from $15-$23/hr

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

• Located in Bangalore

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Scrum Master or Kanban certified

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to Agile projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure, AI, and Github.

• Exposure to release management and risk management concepts.

• Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
