Job Description
• Content Development - Design and produce clear, concise, and user-friendly Workday user guides and reference materials tailored to various audiences.
• Ensure all learning documentation meets organizational standards and aligns with established project timelines.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for diverse employee groups, adapting delivery methods to suit different learning preferences.
• Utilize best practices in adult learning to maximize knowledge retention and application.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate training content, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to drive adoption and address concerns.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and stakeholders to refine materials and delivery methods.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements for enhanced user experience and system utilization.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in training facilitation and user guide creation, preferably within technology, HCM systems, time tracking, or learning platforms.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong instructional design skills and experience facilitating virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Workday experience is strongly preferred.
