Job Description
An employer in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator. This person will be required to sit onsite 5 days a week in the galleria area. On a daily basis, the Technical Project Coordinator will work with different leads throughout IT and the Digital organizations to help push project timelines along. They will collect and submit updates and make sure the Sharepoint or excel document is always updated regarding the different projects. They will eventually help with project cost. They will submit PO's, updated PO trackers, manage the PO and actual cost, track reporting spend, etc. This person will need to be highly motivated, be a go getter and have he ability to learn new technologies along the way. This person will sit onsite 5 days a week in the galleria and the hourly rate is between $50-$60/hr based on skillset and experience.

Skills and Requirements
Recent experience working as a Project Coordinator in Oil and Gas
Proficient in the full MS Suite (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Data entry experience using P6
Previous experience working with different teams technical to collect data, drive project timeline, update cost and build out reports
Extensive experience using Primavera P6 for project schedule development and maintenance
Experience using PowerBI and/or other reporting tools to develop visual dashboards and performance metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management or related field
