Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution for our Asset Management client. This is not a “requirements courier” role. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on diving deep into business processes, understanding operational realities, and shaping smart, scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across Asset Management—particularly within Private Debt—to translate complex business needs into actionable designs and data-driven solutions. Your work will directly influence two major initiatives that are central to our client's strategic roadmap.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage deeply with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and strategic goals.

• Analyze and map current state workflows; design improved future state processes.

• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and technical requirements.

• Partner with .NET and SQL development teams to shape solutions—not just hand off specs.

• Validate technical designs and ensure alignment with business intent.

• Support testing, user acceptance, and rollout activities.

• Act as a subject matter expert for private debt operations, data, and analytics.

• Help drive continuous improvement across systems, data quality, and reporting.

Skills and Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar hybrid role.

• Strong understanding of asset management, with meaningful exposure to private debt.

• Ability to think like a product owner—challenging assumptions, proposing solutions, and shaping outcomes.

• Experience working with .NET applications, SQL based data environments, and modern data platforms.

• Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud data engineering tools (preferred).

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams.

• A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex operational problems.
