    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Client Solutions that will work in their client Managed Transportation Services (MTS). This person will be responsible for designing and presenting innovative, data-driven transportation solutions that support growth objectives. This role partners with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Finance to develop scalable, cost-effective proposals for new client acquisitions and existing account expansions. Key responsibilities include creating pricing and headcount models, conducting financial and operational analysis, and delivering compelling presentations that clearly communicate the client's value proposition. The position requires strong commercial acumen, analytical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive strategic growth. He/She will need to have excellent communication and comfortable with presenting to clients when needed.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline required.

     

    -Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with exposure to managed transportation or 4PL/3PL solution design preferred.

     

    -Proven experience in solution design, pricing, commercial operations, or strategic proposal development.

     

     

    -Successful track record in leading RFP/RFI processes and client proposal creation.

     

    -Experience collaborating across Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to deliver integrated client solutions.

     

    -Working knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics technology platforms preferred.

     

    -Strong understanding of transportation cost structures, operational workflows, and margin management principles.
