Insight Global is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager for a leading client in the AI space. Our client is revolutionizing clinical trials through the integration of digital technologies and an AI-first approach. Hybrid in Bangalore this Technical Product Manager will play a key role in designing solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. This Technical Product Manager will work closely with the engineering team to gain an understanding of dependencies and requirements as well as other product teams to identify risk proactively. This role must collaborate closely with their product designer and engineers to discover effective solutions and then work together to deliver those solutions to market.

You’ll lead the strategy and delivery of a data layer that unifies clinical systems (EHR, labs, CTMS, etc.) with clear provenance and semantic context. Your work will reduce manual reconciliation, speed decisions, and enable AI agents to reason across complete clinical data. You’ll align shared data foundations for both AI and user interfaces, and partner with engineering on infrastructure for AI at scale (MCP connectors, Trigger interfaces, Lite LLM, VertexAI). This senior IC role requires influencing teams and executives while driving alignment across complex integrations.

Pay ranges from $30-$35/hr

Skills and Requirements

• Hybrid role in Bangalore

• 7+ years in product management, owning platform/data products in B2B SaaS

• Experience delivering federated data access across enterprise systems (APIs, connectors, integration, cross-system queries)

• Strong grasp of data modeling and semantics (metadata, ontologies, normalization) for reliable retrieval and reasoning

• Proven ability to define and implement data provenance, lineage, traceability, and quality standards

• Experience building shared platform capabilities for both agents and user-facing apps with consistency guarantees

• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and tooling (model gateways, prompt patterns, evaluation/monitoring) integrated into workflows

• Skilled at partnering with engineering on architecture, sequencing, and trade-offs across distributed systems

• Strong analytical skills; define success metrics (adoption, latency, reliability, accuracy) and drive decisions with data

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Experience in regulated/high-compliance domains (healthcare/life sciences preferred), with privacy/security and auditability awareness Plusses:

- Experience managing life sciences products or services

- Deep understanding of the life sciences industry and its products and services, including regulatory requirements and market trends

- Assisted in AI builds before

- Background in start ups
