HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative
Commercial / Industrial Division – Pittsburgh, PA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy HVAC Maintenance Sales professional to join our Commercial and Industrial Division. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and is based out of our Pittsburgh office.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in a competitive, results-driven environment. This individual will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative, with a passion for building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
+ Selling HVAC preventive maintenance agreements to commercial and industrial companies.
+ Aggressively develop new customers and new market channels in the industrial and commercial markets.
+ Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers within the Tudi Mechanical customer maintenance base.
+ Track and document all customer activity in Salesforce
+ Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals.
+ Actively promote lead generation to support opportunities across:
+ Project & Design-Build
+ Energy Solutions
+ Plumbing
+ Electrical
+ Maintenance services
Our Ideal Candidate:
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Able to build rapport with customers.
+ Strong presentation and consultative selling skills, with focus on customer pain points and buying motivations
+ Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
+ Results drive sales mindset with attention to detail
Qualifications:
+ 2 + years outside Business to Business sales experience in the HVAC or related industry.
+ Proven ability to develop new business and aggressively close sales.
+ Ability to create and execute sales action plans.
+ Ability to use and maintain CRM software
